Shop Fee A fee of $20.00 per hour will apply on all work performed by Complete Data Recovery Plus. Warranty Information Complete Data Recovery Plus has the most technologically advanced tools for data recovery in the industry, but there are instances when some data is damaged, yet it is considered functional from the operating system viewpoint. There is a 60% chance of all data being recovered and Complete Data Recovery Plus is not held responsible for any data that may not be recoverable or damaged. We will recover specified files to the best of our ability. If the data recovered is returned to our customer and is found to be unusable, we will have the customer return the original media for a possible rework. Complete Data Recovery Plus will keep a back up copy of the data on our server for a period of 7 days. It will be deleted thereafter. Once Complete Data Recovery Plus has recovered the data from the failed media, the most common method of return is onto a CD or DVD. This also gives our customers a good hard copy of their data as a backup. We can also download to another hard drive if it has been formatted with the customer's operating system. Terms of Payment Complete Data Recovery Plus , charges a diagnostic fee of $20.00 which is payable at the time of drop off of the media. Full payment of approved charges is due with a charge of $150.00 when the data recovery process is complete. All invoices are C.O.D. unless previously arranged. Complete Data Recovery Plus Accepts:
Recovery Time Most data recoveries can be diagnosed within one day, typically 12 hours. The actual time for data recovery will be determined by the extent of damage, most resulting in a 1-12 hour conclusion. All lead times are variable and are dependent on the type of damage and the severity of structure damage to the media.
